3 Step Semi-free Sparring (Ban Jayoo Matsoki)

If you are a green belt you need to know basic 3 step semi-free sparring

BASIC LEVEL

Attackers start in right or left ‘L’ stance in middle forearm guarding block. They will then perform 3 kicks.

Defenders start in parallel ready stance and finish with the COUNTER of a reverse punch.

ATTACK: (Kick with the leg that is behind you and then alternate legs)
Front kick, side kick, turning kick.

DEFENCE: Any block that will be suitable to block the kick from the attacker.
COUNTER: Reverse punch.

(Tip; the person that is defending is the only one to perform a Counter attack)

If you are a blue tag you need to know intermediate 3 step semi-free sparring
